A TDI Team detached to Tahiti!
Faced with the necessity of constant availability demanded by our clients and internal organizational needs, we have explored a viable solution to ensure continuous support beyond the current working hours (8 am to 6 pm French time, Monday to Friday - excluding standby periods). To meet this challenge, we have considered forming a dedicated team based in Tahiti. This location offers several advantages, notably a 12-hour time difference from metropolitan France. The primary objective of this project is to guarantee 24/7 assistance to clients while reducing waiting time and standby periods on TDI's end.
In order to maintain an optimal customer experience and swiftly implement this initiative, two bilingual and willing members of the company's team have been identified for this mission. The official implementation date for this support is scheduled for April 1, 2024.
This project means a significant step forward for TDI in providing effective and sustainable solutions to its clients.
