BCP: The Success of Our IT Infrastructure

On June 9th, we conducted security tests on our BCP (Business Continuity Plan) solution, and it was a resounding success!

These technical trials, performed regularly, validated the proper functioning of this architecture through the efforts of our Security & Quality teams.

How did we test and validate the effectiveness of our BCP?

Our Security & Quality team disconnected the dark fiber - which connects our two data centers - to simulate the complete loss of connection between the two production sites, thereby triggering the BCP.

The BCP automatically reconnected all machines from the secondary site, transferring them to the primary site. Once the connection was restored, the BCP synchronized and rebalanced everything autonomously in just a few milliseconds.

Everything worked perfectly!

What are the advantages of the BCP?

The BCP ensures the continuity of operational activities in the event of a partial or complete loss of a production site. More specifically, service quality is maintained thanks to our fully redundant infrastructure across two data centers.

BCP

The BCP allows:

• The original data center to be duplicated to ensure a secure, instantaneous, and automatic switch to a secondary site in case of malfunction
Uninterrupted access to our services through the replication of public IPs in case of loss of the main internet connection
An active/active configuration with production intelligently and evenly distributed across the two data centers
• Maintenance of a hyper-converged, high-performance, and secure infrastructure
