TDI appoints Philippe Adjadj as Chief Customer Experience Officer

TDI, a leading French company in multi-carrier shipping management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Philippe Adjadj as Chief Customer Experience Officer (CXO). Philippe Adjadj brings a wealth of experience to TDI, having built a diverse professional background. As a former Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), he developed a deep understanding of customer expectations and the internal processes needed to enhance a company’s competitiveness.
Additionally, Philippe Adjadj founded and led a company specializing in optimizing B2B transportation, where he successfully managed a range of strategic initiatives, from recruitment to project management, including the development of technology roadmaps and relationships with investors. This entrepreneurial experience has equipped him with a comprehensive vision of the digital supply chain market, which he will now leverage to benefit TDI’s clients.

In his new role, Philippe Adjadj will be tasked with aligning TDI's services with market demands, ensuring that clients fully benefit from the available features. He expressed his excitement, stating he is "extremely happy" to join TDI, a company he describes as "innovative and one of the leaders in the French market, soon expanding in Europe."
