TDI opens a new subsidiary in Spain

As part of its international expansion, particularly in the Iberian region, TDI appoints Edmundo Brito as Country Manager Spain. His mission will be to support the strategic ambitions of the company and continue its expansion into the European market.

With a history of supporting clients beyond French borders and collaborating with French and pan-European carriers, TDI is opening a new subsidiary in Madrid, Spain. Already positioned internationally for many years, TDI is naturally deploying its development strategy in a growing European market. To accomplish this, TDI appoints Edmundo Brito as Country Manager Spain. He will be responsible for realizing this extension into the Iberian market.
 

Spain marks the first step in a comprehensive international development strategy

Joining TDI in 2021 as an export manager after obtaining his International Master of Business Administration (IMBA), Edmundo Brito previously served for nearly 10 years as a development manager for the Latin American region at the logistics company DSV, in Brazil and his native country, Mexico. Having come to France to further his studies, he participated in a market study organized by TDI and EM Lyon to identify target countries for the company's international development. "Taking on the role of Country Manager Spain is in line with the continuity of the project to deploy TDI's strategy internationally. My mission will be to build a close relationship with our prospects and partners, establish a local team capable of gaining the trust of this new market full of opportunities for TDI," expresses Edmundo Brito.

The new Country Manager's objectives include searching for new WMS and TMS editor partners, strengthening relationships with existing partners, identifying prospects, and enhancing his understanding of the local market. "TDI already has European and international expertise. It is not a discovery for our teams but a strong growth focus. We aim to implement new projects within a differentiating timeframe from the competition to demonstrate our quality of service and our ability to provide a solution tailored to the local market" concludes Edmundo Brito.
