Focus on Exintouch: SMS delivery notifications

Exintouch is an application with innovative features that provides close communication between all the parties involved in a shipment.

This module enables multi-channel notifications to be personalised and sent to end customers at each stage of the delivery process.

What's new? Tracking can now be done by sending SMS.
 

This can be sent via :

- Ergonomic content design with customisation through design (colours, font, logo, etc.) and text (tracking number, sender's name, addition of a livetrack page link, etc.).

- A programmed scenario with sending settings based on specific criteria (selected delivery stages, contact grouping value).

In order to provide an ultra-personalised service, the sender of the text message can be identified as coming from the company (depending on the operator), thus avoiding the effects of SPAM due to anonymous numbers.

In short, TDI offers a service that helps maintain seamless communication, maximise the customer experience and ensure delivery by detecting transit anomalies.
